Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available on many items and will be indicated so on the product detail page. Our gift-wrap is simple and elegant recycled kraft boxes with twine or raffia ribbon. A total of $7.95 will be added for this service. A complimentary gift note may be added at your request.

Availability of Merchandise and Back-orders

We do our best to ensure that items listed for sale on our site are available for quick shipment. However, there are situations when items are no longer in stock or are on back-order. Back-ordered or out of stock items can take 1-4 weeks for delivery to us. We will do our best to give you accurate estimated ship times on these items. If you place an order and an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will contact you promptly.


We thoroughly examine all items prior to shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.If you will not be able to check the merchandise within 48 hours, please arrange for someone to inspect your order for you. Tracking information from UPS or USPS will be used to determine delivery date. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your claim if 48 hours have passed from time of delivery. We will either issue a replacement, or if there is no replacement, you will have the option to receive a refund to the credit card used or a store credit.Please retain box(es) and packing material as this may be required to file a claim. A photo of the damage may be required as well. We might ask that the damaged merchandise be returned, so please do not dispose of it before speaking to us. If we ask that the damaged merchandise be returned, we will issue a call-tag from the shipper. Please pack items thoroughly for return shipping.


We want you to be happy with your purchase from Small things after all. Merchandise purchased from maybe returned for a full refund excluding shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. Sale items may not be returned. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, in its original packaging (where applicable), and must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. We may refuse returns if the items are not in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges will not be credited. We will inspect items upon return to ensure these requirements.

Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email. Please call (866)-935-1273 or email to obtain prior authorization for returns will delay processing.

Returns must be properly packed and sent via UPS, USPS, or FedEx at customer's expense.Please be sure to insure return packages for their full value and retain tracking information. Small things after all cannot assume responsibility for return packages not received.

Return Policy -Occasional Seating & Rugs

All of our rugs & Poufs get shipped directly from the manufacturer. Non Defective items incur a $50 to$100 restocking fee subject to the size. We want you to be happy with your purchase and encourage you to order a sample to see if the style /color work for your space. You can call us at 1-866-935-1273 and order your samples. If for some reason the Rug ordered does not work for you please call us and get a RMA# ( Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Merchandise cannot be returned without RMA # . The refund on the order will be issued once the rug is received and inspected. The refund will be issued after deducting the restocking fee and shipping charges paid at the time of order.

  1. If the carrier damages your order(s), please refuse the shipment and notify Small Things After All. If the shipping damage is discovered after the goods have been received, report all the damage to Small Things After All within 3 business days of receiving the goods. We cannot honor any returns or damage claims after the 3-day period. After being notified, we will issue a damage call tag, file a claim, and then issue credit.
  2. Samples: In many instances, a customer may want to inspect a sample for color, quality, construction, etc. If available, we will provide a 2x3 sample for inspection that may be returned within 30 days. The customer is responsible for all freight costs on sample returns. Credit will be issued for the rug when it is received by Small Things After All. No sample returns will be accepted after the 30 days.
  3. Return all product(s) in the original or equivalent packaging. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back thorough a traceable tracking number.


 Qualifying refunds will be made to the original credit card only and only within 30 days of purchase.Depending upon the credit card used for the transaction, it may take about 5 to10 business days for the refund to show in your records.


Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Small things after all reserves the right to refuse cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.


Small things after all is required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to all locations in the state of New Jersey. Applicable sales tax will be added at check out.

Customers are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states in the USA.
